This journal was previously known as sakuradolly.
This journal is friends-only, mainly for the purpose of keeping away people I know in real life who I don't want snooping around. I generally don't have a problem with people adding me, although I would prefer it if you introduced yourself first. Don't expect me to add you back if you added me randomly without announcing your presence.
I'm an anime/manga fan. If we share fandoms, then that's a bonus. Gyakuten Saiban / Ace Attorney, Bleach and NANA lovers are particularly welcome. I also like Sailor Moon, Chobits, Paradise Kiss and Gakuen Alice. However, you do not necessarily have to be an animanga fan for us to get along. We can share other interests too. It would be better though if we did at least share some interests so we can have a little something in common.
Please do not come here if you ~*~CaNt TyPe~*~ to save your LYF3 LOLZ, or if you constantly use different font colours unless you're being ironic or it's for the odd emphasis. Yes, colours are pretty but I do not appreciate being blinded. I have a tendency to use CAPITAL LETTERS when I'm excited about something so as long as it's not genuinely the way you type, then it's all good. I'd like to be able to actually read your entries.
Please do not come here if you are only interested in friends list numbers. I add people because I am genuinely interested in reading their journal entries. I would appreciate it if you did the same. There are other places to find large numbers of friends.
Sometimes it is difficult to know what to say when somebody shares something very personal. I tend to shy away from commenting on such posts for fear of saying something that sounds rather empty even if the intent is there, for example *hugs*. However, if I feel I know you well enough, then I will say something. In return, I do not expect people to comment on my own personal entries, or my ranting/emo posts, which will always be under lj-cuts. Serious posts aside, it would be nice if we talked to each other every now and then, though. Having said that, I do not comment on every single one of everybody's posts; I comment only when I have something to say. Therefore, I do not expect you to comment on every single post of mine.
If you've come here to find that you cannot read any of my entries, then either you did not post for a long time, or we never talked at all. There seemed to be little point in being friended. No hard feelings.
